February 2, 2011 Jing Zhao had a constructive meeting with Intel officials to push for human rights policy. He agreed to withdraw the proposal in the shareholders meeting and in return to have a constant communication channel with Intel in the long term. January 30, 2011 Humanitarian China provided financial aids to a newly released political prison for medical treatment. January 30, 2011 Humanitaian China, Chinese Democracy Education Foundation and other Bay Area organizations held a public memorial for Szeto Wah, a pro-democracy movement leader from Hong Kong. December 10, 2010 December, 2010 Zheng Fang (方政), whose both legs crushed by an PLA tank during the 64 massacre and a 64 project volunteer of Humanitarian China, had received the invitation to attend the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony. October 15, 2010 Humanitarian China directors, Fengsuo Zhou and Qianjin Zhang, represented Jing Zhao to attend Cisco annual meeting. Fengsuo Zhou urged the 300 plus Cisco shareholders not to be an accomplice of the oppression of human rights in China while pursuing commercial interest. The motion won 1% of shareholder support. October 9, 2010 Humanitarian China hosted a seminar titled "Liu Xiaobo and the future of China". Yu Jie, a Chinese writer and Mr. Liu's long time friend, shared the stories about Mr. Liu. September 8, 2010 Humanitarian China provided financial aid to an ex-college professor 張忠順. He was sent to prison for 3 years after displaying 6-4 video footage in his class. The school laid him off after his release from prison. September 3, 2010 August 11, 2010 Humanitarian China sponsored Zizi Foundation to provide supply for a primary school affected by the Sichuan earthquake last year. June 18, 2010 The health of Li Hong (力虹), a dissident writer from Zhejiang jailed due to his articles, had deteriorated in recent days. Humanitarian China provided aid for his medical treatment.
